What personal data do we collect from you?
We collect your personal data when you contact us. In particular if you are interested in our onemarkets magazine, or if you contact us via email or using our contact form. Relevant personal data includes your personal details (name, address, email address and other contact information). In addition, we collect data in connection with the use of this website (such as IP address, URL, date and time) only for the period of the communication process.
How do we use your data?
There are different types of personal data related to our website, which we use in the following ways:
When you register for an Internet service (e.g. onemarkets magazine, trading desk, prize competitions) and provide personal information (such as your name, address or email address), we only use this information for communication with you and for the purpose for which you provided us with your data or to the extent necessary for the performance of the service. For the fulfilment of contractual obligations (Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR))
The processing of data is carried out to initiate and provide financial services as part of the implementation of pre-contractual measures, carried out on request (e.g. product enquiries from interested parties and customers), as well as to ensure the convenient use of our digital offers (e.g. non-binding and free registration to onemarkets magazine or to register for a personal watchlist of onemarkets certificates) and our website.
In the context of the consideration of interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR)
If necessary, we will process your data beyond the actual fulfilment of the contract or pre-contractual measures for the protection of our legitimate interests or those of third parties. Examples:

Only the web page data from web servers is used, as well as information that the web browser transmits to the web server to retrieve web pages. For example, the URL called up with the associated page title and optional information on the page content; information on the end device, operating system and browser used.
The data generated by etracker on behalf of the provider of this website is processed and stored by etracker solely in Germany by commission of the provider of this website and is thus subject to the strict German and European data protection laws and standards. In this regard, etracker was independently checked, certified and awarded with the ePrivacyseal data protection seal of approval.
The data processing is based on Art. 6 Section 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legitimate interest is the optimisation of our online offer and our website. Who receives my data?
Within the bank, bodies which need your data to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations have access to your data. Our service providers and vicarious agents may also receive data for these purposes if they maintain banking secrecy and data protection. With regard to this website, these are companies in the categories of IT and financial services, customer service and back office (call center) as well as marketing and audience reach measurement of the website. We only use selected service providers who are contractually obliged to process the data received exclusively according to our instructions.
Is data transmitted to a third country or to an international organisation?
UniCredit Bank will not transfer data to bodies in countries outside the European Economic Area (so-called third countries) within the scope of this website.
How long will my data be stored for?
We do not process and store your personal data for longer than we need it for the respective processing purpose.
If the data is no longer required for the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations, it will be duly deleted, unless its – time-limited – processing is necessary for the following purposes:
Fulfilment of commercial and tax-related storage requirements, namely the German Commercial Code (HGB), Tax Code (AO), Banking Act (KWG), Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG) and Securities Trading Act (WpHG). The periods of storage and documentation specified therein are two to ten years.
What data protection rights do I have?
Every data subject has the right to information under Article 15 GDPR, the right to a correction under Article 16 GDPR, the right to deletion under Article 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR, the right to object under Article 21 GDPR and the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR. With regard to the right to information and the right to deletion, the restrictions under §§ 34 and 35 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) apply. In addition, there is a right to appeal to a competent data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR in conjunction with § 19 BDSG).

To protect our contact form from misuse and to prevent spam, we use the Google reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
reCAPTCHA checks whether data entry is made by a human or by an automated program. This involves a visual selection of specific images by the user.
Data transfer to third countries:
